3. Service Agreements

All services are governed by a written Service Agreement. Changes to project scope require a formal Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in USD. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Unpaid balances may result in work suspension.

5. Warranty

All workmanship is covered by a minimum 2-year limited warranty against defects. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Restore Vintage Home shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by US law. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of USA. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation, then binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association,USA.
